FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
(she/they) Radhika is a political science graduate from the National University of Singapore. She started Super School India in 2014 to work toward bridging the education gap among Delhi's underserved youth. As the Director and Founder of SSI, she believes that India's socio-economic growth can be achieved only when all genders, especially women and the transgender community, have a safe and equal playing field to work, live, and thrive in.
LEAD CONSULTANT, LIFE SKILLS FOR YOUNG ADULTS
(she/her) Sanjana is a self retired corporate professional with a passion for education. Currently completing a masters in counseling Psychology, her biggest strength is her ability to connect with her students. She has been an integral part of the sex ed vertical at SSI from the start and passionately believes in the dignity, right, and freedom of each individual to live their life to the best of their desire and ability.
PROGRAM LEAD for SKILLS CENTER
(she/they) Priyaanshie is an undergraduate student in English Honours at Indraprastha College for Women. She believes in inclusivity which actively seeks to promote the welfare and upliftment of underprivileged children. A mental health enthusiast and a curious learner, she is very passionate about Feminism, LGBTQ+ Community and sex education.
SEX EDUCATION PROGRAM DESIGN
(she/her) Neelesha Dhawan is a 21 year old Economics Major from Delhi University, who finds writing bios the bane of her existence. A huge advocate of inclusive gender development, she tries to meet you on the intersections of economics, policy and social justice. Probably the quietest kid in your group, you never really know her until you know her. Always on the lookout for her next read, she is often found raiding the library or scribbling verses in the margins of her textbooks.
SEX EDUCATION PROGRAM DESIGN
(he/him) Pranjal is a final year student of Psychology and English Literature from Delhi University. He believes in field work rather than social media exposure when it comes to the development sector and hopes to do his part for the society, with a hint of non-offensive humour and loads of laughter.
PROGRAM LEAD for MENTOR-A-YOUTH
(she/they) Mani is a student of Applied Psychology and Philosophy-Feminism. They are a content curator and mental health volunteer. They hope to deinstitutionalise heteronormativity and contribute towards making more inclusive spaces. Mani often tries to learn, un-learn and re-learn practices pertaining to various socio-political groups and are especially vocal about LGBTQIA+ rights. When they’re not working or writing, you can find them penning down letters for strangers or painting sunflowers in their journal.
LEAD INTERN for CONTENT (SKILLS CENTRE)
(he/him) Hemant is just another engineering student trying to make sense of the world. He believes that we as community should be open and inclusive enough for people to be themselves and feel safe while doing so. A philosophy enthusiast, Hemant is passionate about mental health and loves to have conversations about it any time of the day!
LEAD INTERN for MANAGEMENT (SKILLS CENTRE)
Diya is a high school student based in Bangalore. Her hobbies include calligraphy and painting. She is a budding social justice warrior who believes that education is the path to equal rights for all. She has volunteered at multiple NGOs and strives to help in any way she can. SSI is a second home for her as she loves to study and also loves to help others study too!
LEAD FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
(she/her) Kashvi is an undergrad student of political science at the University of Delhi, on her way to fashioning a life where she juggles her time between public policy and human rights advocacy. She has always felt passionate and been vocal about bridging the gap in education, healthcare and overall access to resources. Apart from working with NGOs, she expresses this ardent desire through art, poetry and public speaking.
