FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
(she/they) Radhika is a political science graduate from the National University of Singapore. She started Super School India in 2014 to work toward bridging the education gap among Delhi's youth. As the Director and Founder of SSI, she believes that India's socio-economic growth can be achieved only when all genders, especially women and the transgender community, have a safe and equal playing field to work, live, and thrive in.
LEAD CONSULTANT, LIFE SKILLS FOR YOUNG ADULTS
(she/her) Sanjana is a self retired corporate professional with a passion for education. Currently completing a masters in counseling Psychology, her biggest strength is her ability to connect with her students. She has been an integral part of the sex ed vertical at SSI from the start and passionately believes in the dignity, right, and freedom of each individual to live their life to the best of their desire and ability.
PROGRAM LEAD for SKILLS CENTER
(she/they) Priyaanshie is an English literature graduate from Indraprastha College of Women, Delhi University. She is the program lead for the Skills Center at SSI. Her daily tasks include managing the English and Math classes at the Skill Center along with mentoring a senior student (also working as an Intern-in-training) at SSI in the management role. Priyaanshie believes in inclusivity which actively seeks to promote the welfare and upliftment of children. A mental health enthusiast and a curious learner, she is very passionate about feminism, LGBTQ+ Community and sex education.
LEAD INTERN for MANAGEMENT (SKILLS CENTRE)
(she/her) Diya is a high school student based in Bangalore. Her hobbies include calligraphy and painting. She is a budding social justice warrior who believes that education is the path to equal rights for all. She has volunteered at multiple NGOs and strives to help in any way she can. SSI is a second home for her as she loves to study and also loves to help others study too!
INTERN-IN-TRAINING (SKILLS CENTRE) & SENIOR STUDENT
(she/her) Khushboo is an undergraduate student in Delhi University. She joined Super School India as a student in 2014 when she was all of 12 years old. A natural leader, she quickly took over the responsibilities at our NGO. She has been teaching English, while learning herself. For the last 2 months, she has formally joined the SSI management team as an intern-in-training and is learning how to manage a grassroot NGO. A social cause she cares about is to eradicate the dowry system in India. When she isn't being a total boss, she likes to ride her motorbike, dance and make Insta reels.
CAREER SKILLS MENTOR (SOCIAL MEDIA & MANAGEMENT)
(she/her) Kashvi is an undergrad student of political science at the University of Delhi, on her way to fashioning a life where she juggles her time between public policy and human rights advocacy. She has always felt passionate and been vocal about bridging the gap in education, healthcare and overall access to resources. At SSI, after completing her internship as the social media lead, she is now training our senior student in taking over the responsibility for the same. Apart from working with NGOs, she expresses this ardent desire through art, poetry and public speaking.
INTERN-IN-TRAINING (SOCIAL MEDIA) & SENIOR STUDENT
(he/him) Rohit is an undergraduate student in Delhi University. He joined Super School India as a student in 2015 when he was all of 13 years old. A wizard with words, his spoken poetry has made us cry, laugh, and reflect all at the same time. He has been teaching English, while learning himself. For the last 1 month, he has formally joined the SSI team as an intern-in-training and is learning how to manage the social media of our NGO. A social cause he cares about is caste-discrimination and colourism in India. His interests include writing poetry/rap, dancing, and playing indoor/outdoor games.
LEAD INTERN for MENTOR-A-YOUTH PROGRAM
(she/her) Ankan is a graduate in English Honours from Indraprastha College for Women. She is extremely passionate about Feminism, reservation, LGBTQIA+ and mental health. A voracious reader, she is often found reading on the intersections of caste, class, gender and religion and championing the need for intersectionality. Apart from being a feminist, she is continuously unlearning and relearning to grow as an individual.
